Celebrate with a Barbie doll cake! Barbie doll is not included. Decoration is made with pink fondant, edible glitter, white Italian buttercream frosting and edible sugar pearls. Cake is made with golden buttermilk cake layered with either strawberry Italian buttercream or chocolate Italian buttercream.
Order must be placed three (3) business days in advance.

Golden buttermilk cake layered with your choice of filling (select one):

Dress will be made out of fondant.
