• Online orders take 48-hours to prepare. Available for pickup only on the specific date selected during checkout, no earlier or later. Online orders can be picked up in-store or curbside. Curbside pickup available only for online orders. Please pull into our parking lot and call 916-442-2314.
• To place a same-day order for in-store pickup, please call 916-442-4256. If in-stock, we will gladly package items for in-store pickup upon payment by phone. 
• Mask required for store entry. Please practice safe social distancing. We accept contactless forms of payment only (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Freeport Bakery gift card). We do not accept cash.
• All purchases are final sale. Orders will not be refunded and cannot be returned. Orders that are not picked up will be donated to Sacramento’s Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry.

We are currently not making custom orders, modifications or substitutions. You may write a brief message on select cakes free of charge (limit 20 letters). For questions, please call 916-442-4256.

With payment, customer acknowledges and agrees to the following return and cancellation policy:

• Less than 48-hours from pickup time: orders cannot be cancelled or refunded less than two business days (48-hours) prior to your chosen pickup time. Sale is final.
• 48-hours from pickup time: orders can be cancelled up to two business days (48-hours) prior to your chosen pickup time and will be refunded as store credit only.
• Full refund: orders must be cancelled at least three days (72-hours) prior to your chosen pickup time to receive a full refund. Refund will be made to the original form of payment.
