- Online orders require 48-hours to prepare. Orders are prepared for in-store pickup on the specific date selected during checkout only.
- Order by phone, call 916-442-4256.
- Shop in-store (subject to availability). Contactless forms of payment only (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Freeport Bakery gift card). Cash not accepted.
Custom Orders +
We are currently not making custom orders, modifications or substitutions. You can write a brief message on select baked goods free of charge. For questions, please call 916-442-4256.
Cancellations & Refunds +
For assistance, please call 916-442-4256. With payment, customer acknowledges and agrees to the following return and cancellation policy:
- Refund: orders cancelled 72-hours from pickup time can be refunded to original form of payment.
- Store credit: orders cancelled 48-hours from pickup time can be refunded as store credit.
- Final sale: orders cancelled less than 48-hours from pickup time cannot be refunded. Orders that are not picked up cannot be refunded and will be donated to Sacramento’s Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry.
