Cancellation and Refund Policy
For assistance, please call 916-442-4256. With payment, customer acknowledges and agrees to the following return and cancellation policy:
- Refund: orders cancelled 72-hours from pickup time can be refunded to original form of payment.
- Store credit: orders cancelled 48-hours from pickup time can be refunded as store credit.
- Final sale: orders cancelled less than 48-hours from pickup time cannot be refunded.
- Orders that are not picked up cannot be refunded and will be donated to Sacramento’s Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry.
